While most common failures can be resolved without returning parts, under special conditions, MPP Solar may request the parts or entire unit be returned at the customer's own expense for analysis in exchange for a new replacement part or unit under warranty. Does MPP solar repair or replace products returned?
MPP Solar Inc. repairs or replaces products returned by customers, at its sole determination. Products must include a legible data label showing the serial number for the repair or replacement to be considered. Products returned without a proper serial label or when the label is tampered / damaged may face refusal of service. The warranty belongs to the unique serial number of the product.

Do I need a return authorization for MPP solar lab?
In the rare event when a return is required for further internal analysis by MPP Solar lab, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) consent from MPP SOLAR INC. before returning products. Sufficient relevant information should be provided by the customer to effectively troubleshoot and analyze the root cause.
